On the more unpleasant side of things, Rod Wave’s D.C. concert last weekend was plagued by multiple car break-ins. Though initial reports suggested that more than 200 cars had been targeted in the mid-November spree, a spokesperson for the D.C. A number of these reports came from in and around the Capital One Arena, which is where the “Boyz Don’t Cry” singer was performing, but no arrests have been made so far.

This isn’t the first time that a Rod Wave concert has made headlines. Last month, a video captured at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Nebraska caught him performing a daredevil stunt as his set came to a close.

The singer could be seen climbing to a high ledge with the use of a stepstool and then tossing his mic away. He then turned his back to the crowd, stretched out his arms and took a backward fall into a pile of smoke as he seemed to disappear.
