Rick Ross reportedly is in the sights of the Georgia Department of Revenue, which has claimed that the rapper owes nearly $65,000 in unpaid taxes.

In Touch reported earlier this week that the state filed a tax execution against Ricky Rozay late last year, claiming he failed to pay $64,995.21 back in 2021.

That figure includes the original amount owed ($29,043) plus interest, collection fees, and additional fees.

The rapper owns a famous 109-room mansion in Fayetteville, Georgia that once belonged to Evander Holyfield. In addition, he also owns a home on Miami’s exclusive Star Island (where Diddy also owns property), which he bought for $35 million back in 2023.

On top of all that, last month Ross expressed interest in another property — an Atlanta spot owned by Cardi B.

In late December, Cardi responded on X to an account which posted a picture of her enormous estate by saying: “My casa [love heart emoji]. I don’t want it no more though.”

She explained on Instagram Live last year shortly after filing for divorce: “I don’t live in Atlanta. I have a house in Atlanta. I only go to Atlanta like three or four times a year. And probably I go for a week, maybe less.

“I tried to move to Atlanta in 2018 and I lived there for like six months. And I hated it. I don’t have not one friend in Atlanta, and I don’t have not even one family member in Atlanta. So I just don’t like Atlanta.”

For his part, Rick Ross has already made moves in the Atlanta property market.

Back in 2023, the MMG mogul bought frequent collaborator Meek Mill’s ATL home for over $4 million after it had been on the market for over two years.

In true Biggest Bawse fashion, Rozay reportedly paid the seven-figure sum in cash. “I’ve been working to make an impact in the luxury market and this did just that,” his realtor, Alisha Gillooly, said of the deal.
