The Bronx bombshell has been open about the fact that she did not enjoy living in Atlanta, the hometown of her estranged husband Offset.
She explained on Instagram Live earlier this year shortly after filing for divorce: “I don’t live in Atlanta. I have a house in Atlanta. I only go to Atlanta like three or four times a year. And probably I go for a week, maybe less.

“I tried to move to Atlanta in 2018 and I lived there for like six months. And I hated it. I don’t have not one friend in Atlanta, and I don’t have not even one family member in Atlanta. So I just don’t like Atlanta.”
For his part, Rick Ross has already made moves in the Atlanta property market.

Back in 2023, the MMG mogul bought frequent collaborator Meek Mill’s ATL home for over $4 million after it had been on the market for over two years.
In true Biggest Bawse fashion, Rozay reportedly paid the seven-figure sum in cash. “I’ve been working to make an impact in the luxury market and this did just that,” his realtor, Alisha Gillooly, said of the deal.
The suburban compound boasts eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, movie theater and playground, among other swanky amenities.
Meek announced just days earlier that he had sold the house, writing on X: “I sold that house that quick …. It was forsale for like 2 years… i knew it would soon as I posted too!”

However, the identity of the buyer was apparently a mystery to the Dream Chasers rapper, who later took to his Instagram Stories to share his surprise at his label boss being the one who snapped it up.
“Sold rozay the big fish estates … I aint even know he bought this lol,” he wrote.
