MMG members Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill, Omarion and Stalley are reportedly being sued for allegedly missing a London concert, according to TMZ.
MMG members named in the suit were meant to perform in London’s Wembley Arena September 12, 2012, as per TMZ. The promoter advanced payment. Meek Mill tried to postpone the show. Another date was negotiated, but the concert plans never came to fruition, according to TMZ.
The promoter is reportedly seeking money back in the lawsuit.
TMZ also released the fees that were to be paid to each rapper on the bill. TMZ says that Rick Ross was slated to be paid $100,000, making him the highest paid MMG member on the line-up. Meek Mill was reportedly supposed to be paid $40,000, Wale $35,000, Omarion $12,000 and Stalley $5,500.
TMZ says that the promoter also advanced more than $93,000 in flights and expenses.
MMG released their new compilation album, Self Made 3 September 17. The album debuted at #3 in its first week. Recently, Rick Ross spoke about the significance of the compilation.
“It just feels good to see this come to fruition,” Rick Ross said ofSelf Made 3 during a recent interview with New York radio station Power 105.1. “It was just an idea, just a couple of years ago. For all of us, it’s just a little alley-oop leading into our own solo projects, our own solo albums that we want to give our people. It’s just fun to get together…We believe in putting out that work. That’s what keeps us at the top of this game. Compilations, for artists like ourselves, is always a good thing. When you hear these records and you hear the new artists we bringin’ to the folds, the new producers, all the different sounds, and it just give everybody a chance to shine in their own light. I love it.”

Cyberdyne is initially a benign manufacturing corporation at 18144 El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, California. Its products are unknown, but from the equipment in its factory and its high tech-sounding name, it seems possible that Cyberdyne might have been some sort of smaller parts producer for larger manufacturers of high tech equipment.
