Rick Ross has been publicly aired out by his ex-girlfriend Tia Kemp over a cease and desist order, with the woman telling the Maybach Music Group boss to sue his long-running rival 50 Cent.
Kemp, who is the mother of one of Ross’ children, has claimed that the rapper has sent her a cease and desist letter from his attorneys.

On her Instagram Stories, Kemp posted a picture of the case and desist notice which claims that she has made “disturbingly false and defamatory statements” about Ross and his family.
The cease and desist order also claims that Kemp is “obsessed” with the Hip Hop mogul and that she has been engaging in “harassment” of Rozay.
Tia Kemp also spoke about the letter on Instagram Live, saying: “Sent me a cease and desist. I ain’t lying. It’s the truth. How you gonna sue me for defamation? Sue 50 Cent then. Don’t beef with me.
“Told you I wasn’t a rapper years ago, now you wanna shut me up. You ain’t shut up DJ Envy. You won’t cease [and desist] DJ Envy when he was putting on that CO uniform. Motherfucker, you a real CO.”

In prior Instagram Live streams, Kemp had made a number of comments about Rick Ross and his current girlfriend Cristina Mackey.
Kemp called Mackey a “ho” and mocked her ability to cook before threatening to slap her.
She also made claims about Ross, including that she caught the flu because his bed was dirty: “The sheets was dirty since the pandemic. I laid on red Versace sheets and got influenza the day after I come home.”
Kemp also threatened to “send TMZ” to Ross’ doctor and insinuated that he had a sexually transmitted disease.

Kemp previously wrote a book about her relationship with the MMG mogul titled Tia’s Diary Deeper Than Rap: Clarity, Truth, And Exposure. The book was an account of her life and four-year relationship with Rozay that produced one son.
She previously got involved in Ross’ beef with 50 Cent when she posed with the G-Unit boss for a Smooth magazine photoshoot. The two also appeared in a number of videos together mocking the Port of Miami rapper.
