Rick Ross has come clean about the shocking bridge-jumping stunt he supposedly nailed in his 2013 “Speedin'” music video, admitting that the stuntman who nailed the jump was “a real G.”
In the aforementioned visual, which also featured disgraced R&B singer R. Kelly, Rozay gets pulled over by police while driving in Florida, and is asked to present his license and registration before stepping out of the vehicle. While outside the car he makes a run for the bridge, proclaiming to himself: “I will never go back, so I gotta stay speeding.”

While it looks very much like Rozay took the dive off the bridge, the MMG mogul clarified in an Instagram video on Wednesday (July 5) that he merely hired a stunt double to make the dive, and that it only cost him $300.
“Right behind me is the world-famous video [where] it looked like Rozay jumped off in that DJ Khaled video,” The Biggest Bawse says in the clip while sitting on a jetski below the bridge. “Just for the record, the home that jumped off for me, he a real G. He did it for $300.”
The “Speedin'” video has since been viewed over 31 million times, and the single appeared on Rozay’s sophomore album Trilla, peaking at No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100. As for Trilla, the tape was eventually certified Gold by the Recording Association Industry of America (RIAA).

Rick Ross himself recently attempted an equally-as-graceful jump into his pool during his July 4th party this year, but his knees gave out at the last moment as guests watched him tumble into the pool.
He later took to social media to respond to those wondering how he’s doing after the diving blunder, and claimed he’s “not okay.”
“I’m getting all the DMs this morning, “Rozay, I saw you do your dive, are you okay?’” he said on his Instagram Stories. “Well, I’ma be honest, am I okay? Of course not. I blew my tire.”
“I got on the stage, I was feeling the energy, all the support from all the baddies. The biggest pool in the country. And I gave everybody my word I would do the double decker slapper. I said that on my story earlier this week – the double decker slapper.

“What is that? Who knows. I’ve never heard of it. I made it up on the diving board. I did a double bounce and boy, my knee caught a flat.”
In other news, Rick Ross revealed plans to cash in on his Promise Land estate in the future, expecting it will be worth $75million.
