Rick Ross has major plans to cash in on his lucrative Georgia mansion and he’s plotting renovations to build up his Promised Land to a hefty eight-figure price tag.
The MMG mogul forecasted in an Instagram Story on Thursday (May 11) that his serene estate will be worth $75million in the near future after his house projects are brought to fruition.

“PROMISE LAND will be worth an estimated 75 MILLION when I’m done. Rozay,” he boldly predicted.
Rozay also gave fans a tour of the acres of forest on his massive property while taking a motorcycle joy ride that hilariously found him hunched over operating the low-rider.
In March, the Biggest Boss revealed his master plan to upgrade the porcelain floors to take the mansion to the next level with a light $5million investment.
“I’m about to spend $5million on porcelain floors on the entire Promise Land. 55,000 square feet. I wanted to see what two slabs would look like side-by-side,” Rick Ross said. “Antolini, made in Italy. No, this is none of that other stuff. This is made in Italy.”

He continued: “There won’t be no carpet nowhere. It’s only Antolini. Right here, you going to see them veins. I told them I want the veins to be running together, and then on that side, I’m going to make a lap. That bitch going to be like, ‘Antolini, Antolini, Antolini.’”
Ricky clearly isn’t afraid of opening his wallet to enhance his luxurious mansion. Last December, he upgraded his brunch area with a custom table made from a 757 airplane engine.

“I just had my table delivered, been waiting on this a long time,” Rozay said. “This is my amazing brunch area, but guess what we did? I bought a motor from a 757 airliner. That’s right, an airplane! A 757 airliner.
“Had the blades polished, had the lights inserted. I can change the lights any color I want to. Had the table top – the top glass – cut. This is a Ricky Rozay customization.”
The Biggest Bawse also purchased a fish tank worth $1million built inside the mansion in January.
Next up, Ross is hosting his 2nd Annual Car & Bike Show at the Georgia Promise Land on June 3. Gucci Mane is slated to perform at the event as well.
Elsewhere, Rozay’s frequent collaborator Drake is looking to unload his colossal Beverly Hills mansion.

After owning the home for only a little over a year, Drizzy’s crib hit the market on May 1 for $88million — over $10million more than he paid for it.
According to the Zillow listing, the 20-acre pad, which was built in 2001, boasts 10 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms as well as a movie theater, a private orchard, tennis court, wine cellar, a full gym, elevator, game room and more.
