As the buzz continues to grow for Raekwon, Ghostface Killah and Method Man’s group album, The Chef has finally provided some major details about the project.
After going through multiple name changes, it seems the trio has settled on a final choice – as well as a release date. “Yo, March 9th, Three, the Hard Way album coming,” said Rae in a video to XXLMag.com, recorded during his tour in Canada. “Me, Ghost, Meth, get ready. We gonna be shooting a video next month or something… Everybody get ready.”
The album, which was first discussed following the release of the Wu-Tang Clan’s 8 Diagrams, has been previously referred to by the names Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang and Wu-Massacre. The album also saw a number of delays.
“Our Dreams,” presumably a track off of the album, was released just weeks ago.

This is why I think they went with this name. The Wu always got a reason with they come up with whatever they doing. Just my guess…

Plot

Yes, this is very true indeed. And it was never talked about during 8 DIAGRAMS. It wasn’t even brought up until like 3 months ago.
Another thing, THREE THE HARD WAY sounds so simple and obvious. Like how cliche’ that?? Oh well, I just feel as though BROTHERS FROM THE GRAIN was a better name for them.
Oh and also BTW, WU-MASSACRE wasn’t the group name neither (athough that would be pretty sick as well) b.u.t it was the TITLE of the album. They had a name for the album, just not for the group yet.
