Plies has called out former president Donald Trump after he was indicted for his role in trying to overturn the 2020 Election.
On Tuesday (August 1), the United States Justice Department announced the criminal charges against Trump, which allege that the 45th President undertook a “criminal scheme” to overturn the results of his 2020 loss against Joe Biden, and repeatedly pushed lies about the election results, doubling down on said falsehoods during the January 6 Riot.

This is now the third indictment faced by the former president, who has also previously been charged in the state of New York with allegedly falsifying business records due to hush money payments made to a porn star during the 2016 presidential campaign, as well as for his handling of classified documents in Florida.
Plies took a moment to roast the former president for getting caught so much, clowning Trump on Instagram on Wednesday (August 2), and asking how one man can keep getting indicted.
“How U Get Indicted For The 3rd Time???” he captioned his video alongside numerous laughing emoji’s. “Pw*ssy Azz Trump!!!! #Plies.”

“You done got indicted for the third time, you done got indicted for the third time,” Plies raps in the IG clip before stopping to say: “Trump your pussy-ass got indicted for the third time! How the hell you get indicted for the third time?”
He continued: “Hey Trump, ain’t no muthafucka got indicted three times in the history of indictment. Ain’t no muthafuckin’ body got indicted three muthafuckin’ times… three muthafuckin’ times. What you think this is? Muthafuckin’ spades?”
This isn’t the first time Plis has shared his thoughts on what the former president has been up to. Shortly after Trump’s arrest for his hush-money case, Plies took to Twitter and uploaded a picture of Trump with a downtrodden posture in Manhattan Criminal Court and said: “I Know The Feeling My Boy!!! [side laughing face emoji].”
The Florida rapper then followed up his tweet by questioning why Trump has seemingly yet to pose for a mugshot, as is standard procedure for accused criminals.
“Is There Anybody U Know Ever Been Charged With 34 Felonies & The System Said: “When U Turn Yourself In We Good On The Mugshot U Ain’t Gotta Take It”???” he asked.
To avoid any legal snafu’s of his own, Plies announced back in March that he’s drawing up contracts for all of his sexual partners moving forward.
The rapper took to Instagram to showcase the two new pieces of paperwork he drew up — one labeled “My Pw*ssy” and the other labeled “My D*ck.” Plies said that moving forward he would ask all partners to sign the former, while he’d sign the latter.
“(Ladies) This What I’m On All 2023!!!! Sign On The Dotted Line Or U Can’t Get Mine!! Breach This Contract I Will Be Talking Ya Azz To Small Claims Court!! #WelcomeToDeathRow #Plies #IGotMotion,” he wrote in his IG caption.

“Hey Ladies, I don’t mean to be the bitch to tell ya but bitch, I’m doing paperwork from here on out. Yeah, you see it, you muthafuckin’ see it right there,” Plies can be heard saying in the video. “Ay, you ain’t ready to sign the muthafuckin’ paperwork. Ladies, you might wanna keep on pushing it with me ’cause I ain’t doing that.”
The “Welcome to Death Row” part of the contract was also a reference to Plies’ newest single of the same name. The aforementioned contracts even appeared in the single’s music video, which dropped in April.
