Offset has shut down the rumors about beef between him and Quavo in a succinct yet heartfelt birthday message.
On Tuesday (April 2), the Georgia native took to his Instagram Stories and sent his wishes to his former Migos teammate as he turned 33 years old.

Atop a photograph of the duo alongside their late comrade Takeoff, he wrote: “Happy gday my brother @quavohuncho love you 4L [for life].”

Last year, Offset and Quavo fueled rumors about their relationship having soured to a point of no return after they were spotted sitting apart at an Atlanta Hawks basketball game.
The sighting came less than two weeks after Quavo declared that the Migos “can’t come back” in his song “Greatness,” which arrived in early 2023.
On the track, he shouts out his sister (Takeoff’s mother), his own mother and his label QC, though he never addresses or mentions Offset directly. The track marked his second release following Takeoff’s untimely death.
Around the same time, it was also rumored that both rappers got into a fight backstage at the Grammy Awards, though Offset denied the rumors soon after and wrote on Twitter: “What tf look like fighting my brother yal n-ggas is crazy.”

The pair later reunited to honor Takeoff at the 2023 BET Awards with a medley of “Hotel Lobby” and “Bad and Boujee.”
During an appearance on The Breakfast Club in October, Offset shared an update regarding his relationship with Quavo and said: “That’s my brother at the end of the day. But we good, though. We were just with each other in Paris. We be talking ’cause we be going through little emotions with this shit, and it don’t be for the public.

“That’s the thing. When it’s like this, everything ain’t for the public to be key-keying and everybody want us to be, but we still gotta move in our own worlds. But it’s all love at the end of the day, we lost a brother, we can’t rock out.”
Last month, Offset reiterated his love for his groupmate during an appearance on Gillie Da Kid and Wallo’s Million Dollaz Worth of Game. During their chat, he argued that neither he nor Quavo had any obligation to address the speculation surrounding their brotherhood.

“I don’t feel like I owe it to people to show how much me and bro love each other … We went through something,” he said. “We don’t have to show you n-ggas smiles and faces, so stop doing that.
“We aint on no sucker shit with each other. We both came in this shit together and we both knew that, we understood that, and we lost our brother.”
