Nicki Minaj has issued a serious warning to blogs after claims were made that she gifted her husband, Kenneth Petty, with a massive iced-out chain.

In a now-deleted tweet on Monday (June 26), Minaj responded to a post from Rap Alert, which sees Petty sporting a very extravagant piece of jewelry that says “Big Sleeze,” which they alleged was purchased by his wife. However, the Queen rapper accused the blog page of not doing its research and even threatened litigation.

“This is a blatant lie,” Minaj wrote. “Would you like to be added to the list of blogs making up random stories, not FAQ checking, getting sued, too, boo?”

However, it was later revealed that the account was, in fact, fake. Check out The Shade Room‘s post regarding the whole debacle below.

Nicki Minaj is very serious when dealing with false claims made up by publications and bloggers.

Last September, she launched a $75,000 lawsuit against a blogger who goes by the name “Nosey Heaux” for claiming the “Moment For Life” rapper has a drug problem. TMZ reported that the woman (real name Marley Green) posted a video to her YouTube account claiming the platinum-selling rapper is addicted to cocaine.

The woman has also been accused of making “vile” comments about Minaj’s son and calling her family’s bloodline “disgusting,” in addition to saying her son would need therapy because her “baby is going to be a rapist, too.”

According to AllHipHop, Minaj will present an expert witness to testify about “[the] damages inflicted on her reputation” — caused by Green. The identity and nature of this “expert witness” are unknown at this time. Additionally, there are no reports on what Green has planned for her defense.

Although no settlement discussions have taken place, it was reported that counsel for the parties has considered participating in the District’s Mediation Program as an alternative dispute resolution method.

Despite Green’s lack of public remarks regarding the lawsuit, the noseyheauxlive Twitter account claimed in a September 2022 tweet that Green had been “doxxed and harassed” by Minaj and her fans.

On the other hand, Minaj is facing a few lawsuits of her own. She and Mike WiLL Made-It are being sued over the 2014 Pinkprint cut “I Lied” by a producer who claims that the pair stole his beat.

Earlier this month, Minaj was also hit with a lawsuit from a West Hollywood jeweler over some alleged jewelry damage.

Per court documents obtained by TMZ, the jeweler claims that several of the pieces came back damaged after he loaned out some jewelry to Minaj. The lawsuit claims that Nicki’s stylist Brett Alan Nelson entered into a contract with the Roseark jewelry store to loan the rapper some jewelry for a public appearance.
