Nicki Minaj is reportedly suing a blogger who goes by the name “Nosey Heaux” for claiming the “Moment For Life” rapper has a drug problem.
According to TMZ, the woman (real name Marley Green) posted a video on Monday (September 12) in which she claimed the platinum-selling rapper is addicted to cocaine.

“[Nicki] is shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose,” she said. “Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true. “Fuck, listen. I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”
The woman has also been accused of making “vile” comments about Minaj’s son and calling her family’s bloodline “disgusting” in addition to saying her son would need therapy because her “baby is going to be a rapist, too.”
Minaj tweeted a portion of the TMZ article to her Twitter account in which her attorney Judd Burstein said: “When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name ‘Nosey Heaux’ because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment.
“Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate. My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”
Nicki Minaj wrote in the caption: “Hmmm thinking if I should dish them out daily, weekly, orrrrr maybe even monthly… this Judd-Li folder is huge. LETS GO!!!!! next.”

Minaj followed up with a second tweet addressing the topic and issued an ominous warning to “Nosey Heaux” and anybody else who might have slandered her name.
“Now let’s hope the ppl you guys r doing all this dirty work for love you enough to hire top notch lawyers for you & to pay your bills once I own your blogs, your shows, those IG pages y’all tried to protect so bad,” she wrote. “Couple artists in the folder too. I’ll own your publishing. Duds.”
While Minaj insisted “Nosey Heaux” was a “nobody” in the court documents, Burstein pointed out the “cokehead” video garnered more than 2,000 likes and more than 250 retweets on Twitter. The Pinkprint rapper is suing for defamation and wants at least $75,000 in damages.
Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj has delivered an impassioned plea to her rap peers and their entourages following the tragic death of PnB Rock.
The 30-year-old Philadelphia native was shot and killed during a robbery at the Roscoe’s House of Chicken & Waffles in Inglewood, California on Monday afternoon (September 12).
Following his death, Nicki Minaj was among the horde of Hip Hop stars who mourned PnB Rock’s passing on Twitter, calling her “Fendi” collaborator a “pleasure to work with.”

However, the Queens, New York native also questioned his girlfriend’s decision to share a location-tagged photo of their Roscoe’s date on her Instagram Stories prior to the shooting.
“After Pop Smoke there’s no way we as rappers or our loved ones are still posting locations to our whereabouts. To show waffles & some fried chicken????!” she began. “He was such a pleasure to work with. Condolences to his mom & family. This makes me feel so sick. Jesus. #SIP #PnbRock.”
