Nicki Minaj has relished in the fact that her ex-boyfriend Safaree and his ex-wife Erica Mena have spilled their relationship troubles into the public spotlight.
The “Super Bass” rapper shared a live video on Thursday (October 17) and has suggested that Mena is getting what she deserves for harassing Nicki in the past.

She said: “I don’t know who needed to hear this but good for you [affected laughs]. Good for you! You see, sometimes you need to leave people dem alone. And ya see, sometimes when a queen is minding her business … they want the queen life [laughs]. I don’t know who needed to hear this, but good for you. Good.
“Stop fucking lying. Don’t go out your way and start harassing people who never said anything about you … or don’t care about nothing that’s going on with you.”
Earlier this week Safaree’s attempt to reduce child support payments to Erica Mena resulted in a number of leaked videos and receipts.
The rapper-turned-reality-TV-star shared a 30-minute video that showed Mena destroying furniture in front of their children.

He also shared footage of their daughter refusing to go to her mother’s house, and a clip of his ex-wife using a ladder to get onto his property. After scaling the fence, she banged on the windows; all of which Safaree claimed occurred at 5 AM.
Erica Mena shared a statement to TMZwhich read: “I find myself in a state of deep astonishment and sorrow that our situation has deteriorated to this point. It’s truly heartbreaking to realize how far we’ve come.”

She continued: “Every situation is ultimately tied to a cause, which inevitably leads to effects. Nonetheless, it is crucial that I put an end to this turmoil. I am committed to taking the initiative to stop this, and I believe it would be beneficial for both parties to do so. Our children are the center of my world and the lights of my life.”

Earlier this month, Nicki hit out at Safaree for attending one of her recent shows.
The Young Money rapper spoke on Stationhead and took issue with an unnamed person for attempting to “steal her joy” and disrupt her “peace.”
“When you’re at peace and when you’re happy, so many things will start coming to try to steal your joy and to steal your peace,” she said. “Please don’t let it […] All we ask is to leave us alone before — well, y’all karma is about to be bad if you’ve been disrespecting Nicki and the Barbz. However, it’s going to get even worse.”
Nicki then appeared to make a more overt reference to Safaree crashing her concert, saying: “Everyone knows how to go to watch anything and be incognito. I’m a fucking superstar. If I wanna go to a concert and be completely incognito, I would know how to do it, okay?”

Safaree surprised fan by attending Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 Tour stop at Miami’s Kaseya Center this past weekend.
The Love & Hip Hop star, who dated Nicki for over a decade before their breakup in 2014, didn’t appear to hold any grudge towards his ex as he was seen dancing and rapping along to her performance in the crowd.
