Nicki Minaj had popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat losing his mind with excitement over the weekend when she sent him a message in the middle of a live stream.

The stream was being recorded on Sunday (May 7) when the major text came through. “Nicki just text me! Aw fuck! Oh shit!” Kai screamed as he ran around his room. “Everybody shut the fuck up. Shut the fuck up! Shut up! Shut up! NICKI!”

He then read part of her message out loud: “‘Hi Kai, where do you shoot your show? Are you in New York right now? Are things good with you and Twitch? … I definitely want to stop by.'”

Naturally, this had him even more excited. “Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh!” Kai yelled. “Okay, what do I say? The queen! What do I say? I’m calling my sister.”

In February, Kai Cenat became the most-subscribed Twitch streamer of all time with over 300k in subscribers to his channel. The milestone prompted Drake to show him love and tell Twitch that they need to pay Kai $50million for the attention he brings to the platform.

“@twitch motivate the kids send him 50M,” Drizzy commented on Kai’s post.

The 21 year old’s meteoric rise to fame grew after live streaming himself playing video games online like Rockstar Game’s Grand Theft Auto V.

Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj definitely will have plenty to talk about if and when she goes on his stream, as her new song with Ice Spice, “Princess Diana,” outsold the entire Top 25 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart combined just last week.

According to Billboard, since the release of “Princess Diana” on April 14, it’s been downloaded 77,000 times – which is the best sales week for any rap title since Nicki dropped “Super Freaky Girl” in 2022. The single has also allowed Ice Spice to nab her first No. 1 Hot Rap Song after appearing on the charts four previous times.
