Aside from making moments with her family, Nicki Minaj has been using Instagram to tease her new music. Most recently, she released a teaser for her Lumidee-sampling “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” music video and didn’t leave much to the imagination in the sexy clip.

Shared last week, the clip sees the Queens icon sporting a black bikini and a red kimono covered in flower designs. Nicki struts in the backyard of an oceanside mansion taking in the serene beach breeze.

Nicki hasn’t made it clear when the video will arrive, but plenty of friends and fans flooded the Young Money rapper’s comment section, including Chloe Bailey, JT, Doechii and Ice Spice, the latter of whom wrote: “Snatched.”

“Red Ruby Da Sleeze” arrived on streaming services on March 3 and served as the debut of yet another Nicki Minaj alter-ego. The Go Grizzly, Tate Kobang and Cheeze Beatz-produced record invaded the Hot 100 landing at the No. 13 slot.

Some believed a pair of bars on the track were actually subliminal shots aimed in the direction of Megan Thee Stallion: “Seven-hundred on ’em horses when we fixin’ to leave/ But I don’t fuck with horses since Christopher Reeve.”

While the video was met with excitement among Nicki’s die-hard disciples, Cardi B fans poked holes in the footage and claimed the Pinkprint rapper had used Photoshop to edit her figure and make her waist appear smaller.

“I know this lady’s editing team is sick of her,” read one viral tweet that contained screenshots from the video, while another user wrote: “The Photoshop is so Nasty.”

Nicki Minaj responded to the Photoshop allegations via Twitter by highlighting her lyrical and commercial prowess. “Photoshop them bars,” she wrote, before adding: “Photoshop them sales.”
