Nicki Minaj has promised 2023 will be her best year yet with her upcoming album and tour, vowing to “raise the bar to new & unreachable heights.”

As part of a Twitter conversation with her Barbz on Wednesday (May 10), the Queens native quoted a fan’s post about her 2021 track “Fractions,” and Nicki responded by discussing some of her recent singles like “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” and her plans for the future.

The rapper proclaimed that her NM5 (the rumored name of her tour and album) will be the “best thing that comes out of 2023” and that it will be hailed as “genius.” The announcement of a new project immediately piqued the interest of fans.

The project will be her first since 2018’s Queen.

It isn’t the first time Nicki Minaj has shared her life with fans. Last month, she offered her loyal fanbase some insight into her youth when she was asked what advice she might offer her younger self.

According to the Pinkprint rapper, she has “everything I prayed for” and would tell her younger self not to worry so much about the future and to “hold on” because she’ll eventually “have the best fans on earth.”

In other related news, Nicki Minaj and Twitch star Kai Cenat recently spent some time together on Instagram Live, and the raunchy conversation left the Young Money rapper flabbergasted.

The highly-anticipated conversation covered a lot of ground, including sex, with Cenat telling the “Super Freaky Girl” hitmaker that he’s “a freak” between the sheets.

Cenat then proceeded to show Nicki — as well as Brooke Bailey who was chilling with the Queens, New York lyricist — a few of his dance moves, which caused the ladies to cheer in approval.
