He later pleaded guilty to those charges — which included identity fraud, forgery and unlawful pharmacy conduct — and avoided jail time, instead being ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.
The judge decided against imposing a prison sentence as YoungBoy had already been sentenced to 27 months behind bars as part of a separate plea deal in his gun case, which dated back to 2020.
During his prison stint, the controversial rapper made waves by releasing a new album called More Leaks and allegedly getting into a fight with another inmate.
Birdman’s brother, Terrance “Gangsta” Williams, claimed earlier this month that YoungBoy had attacked another prisoner for yelling out the name of his rap rival Lil Durk‘s OTF crew.

YB was subsequently sent to solitary confinement, according to Williams, but it appears the alleged incident did not affect his release from prison.
