Mustard and his ex-wife have been embroiled in a bitter divorce battle for quite some time — and now, the DJ has scored a victory.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chanel Thierry was unsuccessful in her bid to demand $82,000 a month from her ex (real name Dijon McFarlane).

However, Mustard still must pay his ex-wife $24,500 a month for supporting the three children they share. Mustard’s support must also extend to paying for any of the children’s after-school activities.

Despite this seemingly gob-smacking sum, Mustard still has scored quite the win. In the same ruling, the court said that he could keep all of his assets, including cars, house, properties, jewelry, and music royalties.

What’s more, Thierry is not entitled to any more spousal support, with the court honoring the one-time payment of $315,000 to settle it out.

This decision marks the culmination of a year-long divorce battle that began in May 2022, when Mustard filed, citing irreconcilable differences. Court documents at the time showed he and Thierry had signed a prenuptial agreement prior to their 2020 wedding.

Mustard most recently filed a request for a status judgment, which allows him and his ex to have single marital status.

He requested to push the issues involving their children to a later date, and in another filing obtained by The Blast, asked the court to “reserve jurisdiction over all other subject matter issues of the marriage, including but not limited to, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, division of community property assets and liabilities, confirmation of separate property assets and liabilities, reimbursement claims, and attorney and expert fees and costs, and all other matters which the Court determines appropriate and within the scope of the jurisdiction.”
