The legal affairs of Sean “Puffy” Combs, who was recently acquitted on gun and bribery charges during a 1999 shootout in a Manhattan nightclub, made headlines again in last week’s New York Post. According to reports, there are three investigations concerning Bad Boy Entertainment’s head honcho that were unknown to him and could result in jail time.
The Internal Revenue Service for criminal tax violations is investigating the 31-year-old CEO/producer/rapper/actor while the Las Vegas police explore his involvement in a nationwide gun smuggling ring. Meanwhile, the LAPD is probing for evidence as to whether or not Combs withheld information in regards to the investigation of the still unsolved murder of rap legend, Notorious B.I.G.
On the surface, it seems as though it is business as usual for Puffy whose next album, “The Saga Continues” from P. Diddy and the Family is slated for July 10 release.
