A plane, with passengers, Mobb Deep, 40 Glocc and Sam Scarfo was forced to make an
emergency landing Saturday morning after one of the transport’s engines started
to shoot flames and began to smoke.
On their way to Chile to perform a few shows, the group
caught a flight with Delta after missing a connecting flight to Chile.
“Almost an hour into the
flight, the plane began dropping and rising and dropping again, soon after
which passengers noticed flames and smoke pouring out of one of the
engines,” a
statement read.
A pilot revealed that one of the engines had quit
functioning and that the plane would land in Tampa, Fla.
