Missy Elliott Debuts “Triple Threat” & “9th Inning” With Timbaland, Offers Prayers For Chris Lighty

Over the weekend, Missy Elliott joined Timbaland on stage at Fontainebleau’s BleauLive event. She premiered new songs “Triple Threat” and “9th Inning” and she offered a prayer for Chris Lighty and his family.

Once Timbo brought Missy out, she performed a string of her most successful hits. After going through these tracks, which included “Get Ur Freak On” and “Lose Control,” she paused. “2012 there will be no games,” she rhymed after dropping the beat. She then performed her latest tracks, “Triple Threat” and “9th Inning.”

Once the performance ended, she offered a prayer for Chris Lighty and his family as well as his Violator associates.

“I want to send prayers to his family, the whole Lighty family,” Missy said.

“Y’all be looking out for them records,” she added while finishing up her set.

      1. Every previous generation looks down on the forthcoming generation. The “3 Headed Monstah” is just another person stuck in the past who likely doesn’t do anything but complain. Every previous generation negatively looks down at the forcoming generation. The “3 Headed Monstah” is just another disgruntled person stuck in the past who likely doesn’t do anything to support the well being of the future generations but instead complains.
