Minister Louis Farrakhan Suggests Jay Z Cover Beyonce Up

During an interview with Hip Hop Since 1987, Minister Louis Farrakhan was asked about the recent Made In America music festival in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was specifically asked about festival headliner, Beyonce and the role the singer and other female artists have as women in the public eye.

Farrakhan first spoke on the importance of women to civilization, before addressing the likes of Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, and Rihanna.

“The woman is everything in the way of building civilization,” Minister Louis Farrakhan said. “Elijah Muhammad said ‘Where there are no decent women, there are no decent men. For the woman is the mother of civilization.’ When you have a woman that is ignorant, she doesn’t know. But yet she’s the first teacher of her child. She’s the first nurse of her child. Before the child learns to say ‘God,’ they say ‘mama’…Look at Rihanna, look at a Nicki Minaj, look at Beyonce. These are some of the most beautiful, well-formed women you can find…Today, you strip the women of her clothes. How can a man think straight looking at the beauty of Beyonce?”

Later in the interview, the minister spoke directly to Jay Z when he stated that he would like to see Beyonce “beautifully covered.”

“Jay Z is a good man,” he said. “Jay Z is a good manager. But now your woman is on display. Do you want men looking at your woman? Being tempted by your woman? To make advances at your woman? Who wouldn’t want to be with Rihanna? Who wouldn’t want to be with Nicki Minaj? These are talented women, but you strip them. Then their bodies become the tool that is being used to promote the degradation of the woman. And the subjugation of a man…I would want to say to my brother Jay Z, as much as I love and admire him, ‘I want to see my sister beautifully covered.’”

    1. Nah man, we the Poland Sqaud Gang and we running everything from Norway to Self Service, GA. No disrespect, from Z Jay, but he need to tell her to cover up fo real though. Nah mean? We don’t need to see ‘Yonce flashing skin, when we have fine ladies like Gangsta Boo and Khia single and ready to mingle. Me and my boy Bad Credit, is running the streets right now, with out fresh single, “Fresh Single”. Get money or shut up snitches, before we run up on you with the mac milly and spray…..ya heard!!!

      1. Shut the H up! You snitch H jigga! We don’t need funds from you, the IRS pay our way snitches! G’d up on turtle juice all day

    2. Islam isn’t Jay’s religion and Beyonce isn’t Farrakhan’s wife. Instead of telling another man how to handle his business, this false idol should mind his own.

      1. You miss the point…Today we give up the right of our elders and people in our community that love us more than we love ourselves, to help enlighten us
and uplift us. today people don’t love their people or see their people as worth having respect for oneself. instead we conform to the ways of others and want the freedom to have no respect, if we make millions off the people then we are role models to them, The way we represent ourselves should be considered knowing young boys and girls are influenced, then we complain about our condition, but don’t want to be responsible when we can help change things in the positive..i’m sure what i have to say will be brushed over because ignorance is so deep in our community. Minister Farrakhan loves his people and you must be a hating agent of the unrighteous to say hes a false idol. You cannot be serious.. people like you are the enemy of your own self and cant possibly know self..immersed in ignorance..blind and cant see…Hopefully for you, you will see the light one day, that’s if your not who i say you are..

    3. Are Jay Z and Beyonce Muslim? No? Then don’t force it on them. It is Beyonce’s decision to cover up or not, and if she isn’t Muslim, then I don’t know why she would bother.

      1. That’s not true at all lol. Islam places way more emphasis if anything. Hell, look at how their women dress! Check your facts “Mary johnson”. People will say anything on the internet..

      2. Actually, the Bible has a lot of rules about how we should dress. It’s a part of Hebrew culture. But Christians doesn’t believe in those rules even though it’s listed in both, the Old and New Testament.

Islam have similar rules as well.

    4. This has nothing to do with religion. It’s common sense. The way you portray yourself is the same way you’re going to get received.

    5. I been sayin this for years…. Jay-z can’t control his wife and she’s a outta control freak. Look at her music videos, she has a lot of videos where she’s in just plain sexy underwear.. fulfilling every 13+ teenage kid’s dream. She’s on stage showing everything. What kind of QUEEN is that, and they call her Queen B forwhat?

      1. He shouldn’t have to “control” her; she should control her damn self!

He should not, IMO, accompany on the occasions when she chooses to dress like a trollop. Him being on her arm at those times is his tacit agreement. They’re both wrong as hell.

Does Beyonce have to do that to sell music now? She was doing quite well before adding stripper to her resume. Disgraceful!

    6. I remember when Jamie Foxx was hosting MTV Awards and he publicly said he saw Beyonce [half-naked]backstage and then made some Alpha Male sounds, and then continued to tell the whole World and Jay-Z that if he wasn’t married… he would hit that.

    7. Jay-Z is pimpin’ her out for her record sales. The more revealing she dresses, the more dollaz come rolling in. Cashmere thoughts baby.
