“My favorite Hov bar of all time is every bar,” Meek testified, before then going on to recite lines from “Is That Yo Bitch,” taken from 1999’s Vol. 3… Life and Times of S. Carter.

Meek’s favorite Hov bars were aimed at Nas during their highly publicized feud, referencing his relationship with Esco’s baby mama Carmen Bryant.

Meek Mill also recently revealed that he stopped writing down lyrics when he heard JAY-Z and Lil Wayne freestyled all of their rhymes off the top instead of using a pen and pad. “I stop writing lyrics down when I see jayz then I seen Wayne do it next! #superfact.”

Meek’s comments came not long after Lil Wayne talked about following in Hov’s footsteps when it came to ditching the pen.

“The moment I heard that [he didn’t write his lyrics down], I stopped,” the Young Money founder told The Pivot Podcast. “The moment I heard that [hand gesturing a phone call] ‘Man, I heard that n-gga JAY-Z don’t write,’ [I] don’t write no more.”
