MC Tom Green?!?!

Tom Green is rapping? The comedic actor is known for humorous bits on MTV and for a brief marriage with Drew Barrymore. Now, Green has found a new mission and it includes rap.

Recently, he recorded an album titled, Prepare For Impact. The disc will be released early December and the comedian will tour Canada in January.
Work on this project will be a collaboration with DJ EZ-Mike who is known for his work on The Beastie Boys’ album Paul’s Boutique.

This is not Green’s first attempt to capture attention of the rap world. Earlier in his career, the comedic actor joined two friends and they became Organized Rhyme. Later, the group disbanded and Tom Green joined the likes of Beavis and Butt-Head on MTV.

Some people have already gotten a glimpse of the album. “People like it. The beats, the music’s good. This is one of the least weird things I’ve ever done if you really think about it. It’s actually kind of semi-serious in the sense we’re taking our hip hop seriously,” Green told CTV.ca. “No, we’re not really. We’re not taking it too seriously,” he added.
