Mack Maine Warns Charlamagne Over Lil Wayne Mixtape Criticism

Young Money president Mack Maine didn’t take too well to comments radio personality Charlamagne Da God made in regards to the release of mixtapes from both Fabolous and Lil Wayne this week.

In a tweet sent earlier this week, Charlamagne revealed that he would prefer to listen to Fab’s mixtape, Summertime Shootout over Wayne’s No Ceilings 2.

“Fab dropped a tape? Why would I ever listen to Wayne right now when Fab dropped a tape?,” Charlamagne tweeted yesterday (November 26).

Mack Maine then came across Charlamagne’s tweet, retweeted it, and offered the following message: “Keep real nikkaz out ya mouth…worse than dem heaux”

Following Mack Maine’s tweets, The Breakfast Club host questioned why it’s not possible for him to have a preference with the two mixtapes.

“Can’t even have a musical preference out here no more without people getting emotional. Niggas be on some legendary sucka shit,” Charlamagne tweeted.

    1. MMack Maine know he will be out of a job at the end of the year and will be back wotking at Mcdonalds so hes tryin to stack as much paper as possible lol

      1. Really? I’m about to “skim through” the Lil Wayne. But Fab, aahhh, yeah. I see yo point. His style is sooooooo predictable and boooooring. Like Mayweather. Same shit over and over. And he Future influenced on some ovem too, soooooo… Blah.

    2. Where was he at when thugger was gettin at wayne?? Or when Baby’s crew was pouring drinks on him?? But he comes for a radio dj who had a MUSICAL opinion smdh. “Niggas is wack, i cant say it plainer than that”

    3. NY RAP TACTICS HAVE PLAYED OUT . DISS A RAPPER DROP AN ALBUM . CLAIM THEIR TOP 5 TO CREATE GOSSIP DROP AN ALBUM . NY USES CONTROVERSY TO DROP MUSIC . BECAUSE NY MUSIC TRASH . # SUCKA SH.T NY . FOH NY STAY LOSING .

    4. Why is it the rappers can’t take criticism or comment without warning someone. It sounds immature that a lot of rappers/ mcs can’t take any form of criticism without resorting to warnings or at some point violence.

    5. when I was a kid, Fab had a song called Can’t Let you Go. It was about having a side chick and a main girl. Is he really still making music? People haven’t gotten completely indifferent to his generic gun metaphors yet? I’m over here like “why would I listen to the new Fabolous when Mello Music Group has put out 4 projects in the past 2 months.” Check out some real hip hop Charlamagne.

      1. I hate when people use this logic. If he put out 20 tapes this year who cares if theyre all trash. Quality > Quanitity

    6. hey lil wayne you daughters are whores and they suck a lot of dick and drink sperm.. now how about that I say what I want …

    7. Come on Mack don’t get in your feelings Wayne is agreat artist so is fab every artist havehave have a prime and a time the production of no ceilings was a bit off like he recorded that shit with a tape recorder I’m a big fan of wayne it’s like the niggas he got with him ain’t holding him down

    8. Wanye and fab to hot boyz,Mackmane not sweaten the fact fab dropping album week shit,,c just got caught talking trash about wanye… Wanye fin da spass out on au nigga just au matter au time till he beat au nigga in to punch lines…

    9. Muthafuckas need to learn how to spell, and how to structure a proper sentence before leaving comments on here. Some of you boys sound worse than the shitty music that Wayne be releasing lmao!

Side note: weepy weezy is done he had his run, got fucked over by baby and lost his retirement. He past his prime and if it wasn’t for drake and. Nicki he wouldn’t be relevant.

    10. Warns him about what? That he’s finished? That his “Lollipop” era buzz is gone? Wayne’s been done for years. He never had real BARS only elementary analogies that were over used time and time again. Auto-tune ruined his career. Let’s be honest
