Logic can now call himself a New York Times best-selling author. The Def Jam artist’s debut novel Supermarket has reached No. 1 on the Times’ weekly Paperback Trade Fiction list.
Supermarket wasn’t able to claim the top spot on the Combined Print & E-Book Fiction list though. It landed at No. 2 behind Delia Owens’ Where The Crawdads Sing.
Logic celebrated his literary accomplishment by thanking fans via social media.
“Humbled,” he wrote. “Thank YOU all.”
Logic’s Supermarket was released on March 26. In support of the novel, the platinum-selling rapper dropped a soundtrack that showed off a more experimental approach to his music.
The Supermarket soundtrack won’t be Logic’s only musical project of 2019 either. He recently announced a new album titled Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind and dropped the LP’s title track.

He has a huge fan base. Not entirely shocking.
Never liked his boring pretend to be mixed race ass.
Pretend? Ur saying he’s white? LMAO
That’s sad ma his pops is black
It’s not a real accomplishment. If you jump on Google and do ten minutes of research, then you’ll quickly understand how easily the game can be rigged. For example, it’s not even based on overall sales – Amazon isn’t included in their tallies.
Nobody wants to give him any credit for anything. It’s sad.
This guy is fire man…spits nice and intelligently….i just got on him from his last album because i hit the snooze button everytime i heard is name prior to that album…I’ll be checking out this next album
From corny ass rapper to corny ass novel writer, this biracial cornball can do it all.
