Lloyd Banks and Method Man have been riding high off the success of their new track “101 Razors” — but like pretty much every rapper, there was a time when the PLK was just a fan of music.
Taking to Instagram on Friday (April 7), Blue Hefner mused about the full circle moment he’s currently experiencing with the Wu-Tang Clan MC as he shared a drawing he did of Meth when he was around 11 or 12 years old.

“This HipHop thing captured my attention at a very young age..I used to sit in school..write raps and draw pictures of my favorite artist,” he captioned his post. “This was one of them [laughing face emojis] now in 2023 we actually have a record together!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! and the video is out now!! #COTI3 on the way #QGTM.”
The drawing even garnered a comment from Meth himself, who hit Lloyd Banks with three fire emojis. Check out the drawing below.

“101 Razors” arrived shortly after Lloyd Banks announced his upcoming project, The Course Of The Inevitable 3: Pieces of My Pain. The Queens, New York native posted the black-and-white trailer on Instagram while asking fans to help him decide on a release date.
The former G-Unit soldier made his long-awaited return in 2021 with his fourth studio album The Course of the Inevitable. He followed that up with the sequel The Course of the Inevitable 2 last year, and now the veteran MC is looking to complete the trilogy in 2023.
COTI 3 isn’t the only new release fans can expect from Blue Hefner. During an interview with HipHopDX last year, Lloyd Banks revealed he has enough material to release an album each year for the next five years.
“I just feel like I’m chasing the ultimate album, you know what I mean?” he said. “So it’s like, I can’t possibly be finished. I also lost more than a few years from just taking hiatuses in the business. In a lot of spots, I might have been expected to have momentum, but I wasn’t in a situation at the time to just drop album after album.”

He continued: “Now, I feel like I’m fully capable of dropping an album for the next five years. At least once a year, if not twice.”
