Lil Yachty has admitted to spending six figures on a date with a girl where they traveled to Disney World together while they weren’t even a couple.

Streamer Kai Cenat joined Lil Boat and co-host Mitch for an episode of A Safe Place Podcast earlier this week where Yachty revealed his regret for dropping $100,000 on a Disney World vacation date with a certain woman in the past.

“The overall of that trip wasn’t trickin’, [it] wasn’t for her, but it was to go big and I kinda went a little insane,” Lil Yachty said. “That thing specifically is I spent $100,000 to go to Disney World. I regret it because we weren’t dating and it just didn’t go nowhere.”

Although, Yachty enjoyed the Disney World magic but admitted he may have gone too far for a simple date to impress this certain romantic interest.

“But it was fire — it was my experience too, it was crazy — but it was insane,” Boat added.

Lil Yachty has been tight-lipped about his dating situation these days but he did welcome a daughter in October 2021 with his then model girlfriend Selangie.

“The mother of my child is Dominican and Puerto Rican, so she loves Selena — she plays her a lot,” Yachty told Billboard in March. “[We watch] the Selena movie with Jennifer Lopez a shit ton and a lot of Disney movie shit, like FrozenLion King and that type of vibe.”

Meanwhile, Yachty shut down rumors he was dating Justine Skye in January 2022, after Bossip wondered if the two were a couple after posting TikToks while hanging out in NYC together.

The duo posted a video sharing a laugh at the story’s headline pointing to them being an item. “When blogs be loud & wrong,” Skye captioned the clip.

On the music side, Lil Yachty made his pivot to psychedelic rock with his Let’s Start Here album, which arrived in January and reached No. 9 on the Billboard 200.

His latest single, “Strike (Holster)” has slow-burned to success since its April release and the Cole Bennett-directed video has compiled 17 million views.
