Lil Wayne has revealed what it would take to make a Hot Boys reunion tour happen.
Rumors of a tour have been swirling since last year and heated up after B.G. was released from prison in December, even though issues apparently remain between the pair.
Wayne has now offered his first comment on the potential for a reunion during an interview on YG’s new 4HUNNID Podcast.
Weezy appeared open to the tour but acknowledged logistical issues remain.
He said: “We’ve spoken about it a few times but, you know, they have situations. Like B.G. just coming home so he gotta figure out: can he tour? Can he travel? And things like that.
“Juvie ready and Turk ready, but really we gotta see if Geezy can move around.”
When asked if that’s the “only piece” of the puzzle left to solve, Wayne replied: “Yeah.”
He added: “‘Cause everybody got their own thing. Everybody got their own record label, their own situation. Nobody ain’t tied down to nothing. So when we asked everybody, they were like, ‘Yeah, we can jump on whenever.’ We just gotta get Geezy right.”

Birdman first began speaking about a reunion tour last year, though he claimed to be excluding Turk because of the issues between the two.
“We definitely going on tour. I’m putting up $100 mil for it myself,” Baby said. “But one thing for certain, two things for sure, I ain’t guaranteeing that it’s gonna be everybody. I’m standing on business and that’s what it is. If it work out, it work out. If it don’t, it don’t. But we definitely gonna get this money, that’s for a fact.”
He added: “I don’t think it’s gonna be everybody, personally. Shit, I really don’t give a fuck — as long as we getting it. The main players gonna be there. First of all, I ain’t got nothing against no Turk at all, he’s still a [Hot Boy]. But I’m standing on business.”
Since his release from prison, B.G. has been publicly urging Lil Wayne to sign on for the reunion tour, saying: “Weezy, stop playing, man. It’s a big bag involved, man. Ya heard me?
“I know you super rich. I know you like Taylor Swift outchea. Come on, man. Stop playing, man. Let’s get to this bag.”
Despite wanting a Hot Boys reunion, B.G. also called Wayne a “bitch” on a song he released with Finesse2Tymes last month, but later claimed they were all good.
“Y’all don’t understand what the fuck be going on, you know what I’m saying?” he said on Instagram Live days later. “I tell a n-gga I love him and call him a bitch all in the same sentence. It’s family business, man.
“Shout out to my little brother Weezy. I spoke to my little brother last night. Shout out to shorty, man. Still my little bro. Love my little bro. This shit be complicated.”

Lil Wayne ain’t trying to fuck with his dusty homie from back in the day. People don’t get the hint when you’ve outgrown them sometimes. This tour will never happen. BG would be better just linking up with Gucci or some shit and doing his own thing.

Wayne is your old childhood friend, who was loose as a young’n but grew up, experienced hella success (way more success than you ever have) and done way more than you…and decided that he’s elevated past you… it ain’t no offense, it ain’t no disrespect…. but he’s not tryna downgrade himself 5-6 levels just so he can rock with you and make you feel good about yourself…. People move on… It’s life, it happens. Sometimes it ends up happening to us, other times we’re the ones doing it to someone else *shrugs*
Yep. Nothing more sad than people dwelling on the old days when you can barely remember that shit. I ran into some a high school friend a couple of years ago, and dude was talking about shit that happened back then like it’s yesterday that I couldn’t recall. It was good to see him, but I don’t think about that shit anymore, and I don’t want to sit around talking about it. Then, people call you a hater or that you forgot where you came from because you don’t sit around dwelling on that shit.
