Lil Pump has been helping Jake Paul get prepared for his exhibition match against Mike Tyson, and the Trump-loving rapper is now regretting the decision.

In an Instagram post made on Friday (April 5), the colorful performer remarked that the YouTuber’s “liver shot,” which was caught on video, hurt a lot more than he’d expected.

“Jake Paul is officially 10-1,” he wrote in the caption, referring to Paul’s current 9-1 record in the ring and declaring himself the tenth victim. “Not gonna lie, that liver shot made me feel like I was dying [laughing face emoji] [crying face emoji].”

Per CBS, Paul and Tyson’s exhibition fight is scheduled to take place on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Texas, and will be available to stream live on Netflix at that time.

“My sights are set on becoming a world champion, and now I have a chance to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion of the world, the baddest man on the planet and the most dangerous boxer of all time. Time to put Iron Mike to sleep,” Paul wrote on social media at the time the fight was announced.

Paul continued: “He’s the greatest heavyweight of all time…the most vicious KO artist ever. But I’m younger, I’m faster and I’m going to be working my ass off to get stronger.”

Tyson, himself, couldn’t be more thrilled about the prospect.

“I’m very much looking forward to stepping into the ring with Jake Paul at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas,” Tyson said in a statement to the outlet. “He’s grown significantly as a boxer over the years, so it will be a lot of fun to see what the will and ambition of a ‘kid’ can do with the experience and aptitude of a GOAT. It’s a full circle moment that will be beyond thrilling to watch; as I started him off on his boxing journey on the undercard of my fight with Roy Jones and now I plan to finish him.”

As for Lil Pump, he has taken his support of Donald Trump to extreme new lengths by getting a tattoo of the former president.

On January 30, the “Gucci Gang” artist took to Instagram where he unveiled fresh ink of Trump’s face on his thigh.

The tattoo shows the controversial billionaire scowling and is based on his infamous mugshot that was taken after he was arrested in 2023 on racketeering charges over alleged election fraud in Georgia.
