Kanye West’s former publicist, Trevian Kutti, was among those charged in the Donald Trump RICO indictment in Georgia.
According to Deadline, Kutti was among the 18 people named in the sprawling 41-count indictment revealed by Fulton County District Attorney, Fani Willis, on Monday (August 14).

She was alleged to be West’s publicist in 2018 when Trevian Kutti was hired as “Director of Operations” following a stint as R. Kelly’s publicist. A spokesperson for Ye later claimed in December 2021 that she was no longer part of his team.
“Trevian Kutti was not associated with Kanye West or any of his enterprises at the times of the facts that are reported in these articles or since these facts occurred,” Kanye’s team relayed to Reuters.
While he’s ditched Kutti, it’s unclear who’s currently representing West in his public affairs.
As for Donald Trump, 45 was charged with 13 felonies in total, including RICO, conspiracy to commit forgery, filing false documents, Solicitation of Violation of Oath by Public Officer and more.
The former president has until August 25 to surrender and he’ll reportedly take a mug shot whenever he does end up with the authorities.
Trump went after Willis earlier in August when he alleged that the D.A. slept with one of the members of YSL after representing YSL Mondo in 2019.
“They say there’s a young woman — a young racist in Atlanta — they say that she was after a certain gang and she ended up having an affair with the head of the gang or a gang member,” Trump said at a rally in New Hampshire.

“And this is a person that wants to indict me. She’s got a lot of problems, but she wants to indict me to try to run for some other office. By the way, she wants to indict me for a perfect phone call.”
Trump’s unsubstantiated claim stems from a Rolling Stone interview with Mondo in January, which revealed that Fani Willis previously represented him in a 2019 aggravated assault case.
