Lil’ Kim Set To Create Clothing Line “24/7 Star: Goddess Collection”

Since she was introduced to Rap in the mid-1990s, Lil’ Kim has long been a statement-maker. As of one of Hip Hop’s first sex symbols, the Brooklyn, New York native and Junior M.A.F.I.A. alum has carried her status through to Dancing With The Stars, her latest ventures.

Rap-Up.com reports that in Harlem this week, Lil’ Kim revealed that she is at work on a 2011 clothing line, reportedly called “24/7 Star: The Goddess Collection.”

“My inspiration is definitely all of my designer friends like Marc Jacobs and Donatello Versace,” Lil’ Kim told NBC New York’s Niteside at the event at the La Scala boutique. “Those are my friends. I watched them prepare for shows, and I see [what] they [went] through. I dedicate [my sneak peek] to them.”
