Lil Eazy-E was 10 years old in 1995, when his father, Eazy-E, passed away from complications due to AIDS.
In light of Charlie Sheen’s announcement that he has HIV, the son of the N.W.A rapper has responded to the actor via TMZ.
The site says Lil Eazy-E calls the actor “lucky” because of scientific advances in medical technology that will allow him to lead a long life with the virus and that he will get to see his children grow up.
Lil Eazy-E continues by saying the actor can help bring awareness to HIV/AIDS.
Ice Cube said that the depiction of Eazy-E’s battle with AIDS in the N.W.A biopic, Straight Outta Compton, brought the seriousness of the condition to the attention of the public.

I respect lil eazy e for keeping his pops the great eazy e legacy alive dats ????????my g
Yes, that’s the same thing I thought! If you got infected after 1996, lucky you. HIV was a death sentence before that.
This should put to rest the rumors that Eazy-E was “murdered” by Suge Knight/Jerry Heller/whoever. HIV CAN be heterosexually transmitted, as Charlie Sheen (and countless others) have proven.
In an interview knight said it’s an eazy-e thing to do (inject someone with HIV)
Charlie Sheen has HIV which has the medication to prolong life if they take care of themselves. Eazy had full blown AIDS and died not too long after. Even with today’s scientific advances he still would have died. RIP
