Eazy-E‘s son has been getting a lot of attention lately. After a minor beef with Game and a huge rumor of an alliance with G-Unit, it seemed as though the young rapper’s career was only headed upward.
This weekend found the rapper in some trouble with the law.
Lil Eazy-E was arrested Saturday evening. The 22 year old’s arrest occurred after a traffic stop at approximately 6:30 p.m. in Compton, California. During the stop, police officers found the young rapper in possession of a gun.
According to LA Times, Lil Eazy’s two passengers were also arrested. One was arrested for possession of a firearm and the other for parole violation.
In other news, indie Hip-Hop heavyweight El-P is gearing up for his newest album I’ll Sleep When You’re Dead. The album will feature guest spots from Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails fame as well as The Mars Volta. El-P is reportedly finishing up the album which should be released on Def Jux.
