Plagued by legal trouble for the last couple of years, Lil Cease can finally close the book on one of cases. Last week Lil Cease a member of the group Junior Mafia, decided to plead guilty to 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon.
The plea agreement carries a sentence of five year probation. Lil Cease was originally charged in 2001 with attempted murder of Micheal Goody who was said to have been shot in the leg outside of a corner store deli in Brooklyn, New York. When Lil Cease was arrested, Larceny of the group Junior Mafia and Suif Jackson, their bodyguard were also arrested. During the arrest, Lil Kim’s truck was impounded by police, who found two nine millimeter guns.
Lil Cease released his first solo album “The Wonderful World of Ceasealeo” (which I thought was hot) a few years ago on Lil Kim’s record label. Both Lil Kim and Lil Cease felt the album didn’t do as well as it could do to lack of marketing.
