LeBron James Shows Gunna Some Love Over New Album

LeBron James is showing some love to Gunna and his new album The Last Wun.

The project is the Atlanta rapper’s last album to be released via YSL following a fallout with the group over their collective legal issues over the last few years.

However, the basketball legend is staying by Gunna’s side and has nothing but good things to say about his latest album.

James wrote on social media: “WUNNA!!!! Man o man! You don’t miss [salute emoji] @1GunnaGunna [fire emoji] The Last Wun.

His sixth full-length project features an array of guest performers including Offset, Wizkid, Burna Boy and Nechie across the album’s lengthy 25 tracks.

Gunna last released an album just over a year ago while label boss Young Thug was still behind bars.

The Atlanta rapper recently thanked fans for sticking by him amidst his legal troubles.

Sitting for a chat with will.i.am for Uproxx, the Atlanta rapper was thankful for the support he has received as he has battled RICO charges and a fallout with YSL.

Gunna was asked by the Black Eyed Peas star about the reception he received when he returned to live performing after his time in jail.

The “Fukumean” rapper responded: “It’s one of the best feelings in the world, that I’ll never forget. I never take it for granted. I can just go back to that time and be like, ‘Man, my fans really came through for me.’ It was about me but it was really about them showing up for me. I got die-hard fans, for sure.”

Gunna also had a direct message for his fans: “First, thank you for being with me. And never give up. Don’t stop, especially when they want you to stop. Really keep going then. That’s when you really, really push. Pray until something happens. A lot of things will pull you down or get it your way… when you get over the hump, you feel stronger.”

Since agreeing a plea deal in 2022, Gunna has been plagued by snitching accusations, including from some former friends, something put to bed by the rapper’s former lawyer, Steve Sadow.
