Latto was pulled over the police last year after they caught her running a red light, with the entire incident captured by a bodycam worn by the officer.
The previously unreported traffic stop occured in the early hours of September 28, 2023 as the “Big Mama” rapper was leaving an Atlanta nightclub after celebrating a friend’s birthday.

The bodycam footage shows police pulling Latto (real name Alyssa Stephens) over and ordering the rapper and her security guard to stay inside the yellow Lamborghini SUV.
When questioned by the officer (who had no idea that she was a famous rapper), Latto insisted that she was merely trying to “hurry up and get home” to avoid being followed by fans who may recognize her car.

The cop suspected that Latto may have been intoxicated, leading to them performing a breathalyzer test on the rapper, which she passed after denying drinking alcohol before getting behind the wheel.
Despite not driving under the influence, Latto was still ticketed for running the red light.
Latto previously revealed that she was once arrested for bringing a loaded gun into an airport.
“Went to LAX w a loaded glock 17 in my Birk got locked & let out in a few hours lmaooo booked a $75k jet to my show in Alabama & still made it on time! [exhausted emoji] no cap in my rap TUH,” she tweeted last March.

Away from legal drama, Latto recently downplayed her rivalry with Ice Spice after the two rap stars appear to have spent months throwing shots at each other.
When asked if she’d engage in a real beef with the “Munch” hitmaker like Kendrick Lamar and Drake, Latto told Billboard: “I mean this in the most understanding [way]: I’m a fan of music.
“I’m not one of them ‘lyrical only, anything else is bullshit’ people. There’s so many sub-genres that I’m a fan of — like mosh pit-type music. When Drake is in his melodic bag, I like that type shit. And all of it is still Hip Hop.”
She continued: “If I was to do [a battle], it would have to be with somebody I feel like I’ma go tit-for-tat with. I really don’t mean it as shade. Would she even want to do that?

“I feel like she’s doing her in her lane. It’s two different types of vibes. I don’t even think she gives me like, ‘Oh, she wants to engage in an actual rap beef.’”
