Latto left a sour taste in some fans’ mouths after bragging about her luxury lifestyle, but she has more than made up for it.

On Sunday (March 24), the “Big Energy” hitmaker took to X (formerly Twitter) to stunt on her followers with a rich flex.

“My fav thing about being rich is going out to eat damn near every day & ordering wtvr tf I got a taste for,” she wrote.

However, her post stirred discontent with some of her fans, particularly those who are not as financially stable, as one person replied: “Not right now Latto. Please. It’s rent season.”

Moments later, Latto issued an apology — and then some. “Sorry, how much is ur rent & what’s ur cash app,” she wrote back.

The Atlanta native delivered on her promise, generously sending $2,000 — $500 more than the fan’s actual rent.

“LATTOOOOOOOOO! Latto don’t do budgetsss I LOVE YOU,” the woman excitedly replied while sharing a screenshot of the transaction.

Latto is certainly not the first rapper to lend a helping hand to a fan in need when it comes to covering household costs.

Last year, Logic offered to pay rent for one of his fans after they revealed they couldn’t afford to live in their property.

In a video posted on TikTok, the fan in question asked the Maryland MC for free tickets to one of his shows while explaining he was struggling to pay his rent.

“Logic, I’m broke and about to move out my place I wanna see you in concert though,” he said.

The rapper then posted a video of his own in which he offered to pay the man’s rent, in addition to giving him free tickets and merchandise.

“Fuck the tickets; can I help you with your rent?” Logic replied. “My people gonna hit you up. I’ma help you out a little bit. We gonna send you something slight, you know what I’m saying? Help you out, you know what I mean? Can’t have you out here on the streets.”

He added: “And you get free tickets and merch and YOUR RENT PAID!!!!!! We take care of the RattPack!! That’s family.”

Earlier this month, Vic Mensa went one step further by cutting a check to cover a Chicago bookstore’s rent for a whole year.

In an Instagram post, the Black-owned shop revealed that the Windy City rapper donated $7,200, which ensures the remainder of their year will be rent-free.

“Hey family! This has officially been the best Wednesday ever!” they wrote. “We are thankful. We are honored. We are grateful. We are truly living a dream right now. Thank you so much to @vicmensa and his entire @93boyz team for blessing us today by covering our rent for an entire year.
