Following 2018’s Record Gal Vol. 1, Lala the DJ has recruited NBA player Iman Shumpert for the sequel, Record Gal Vol. 2.
The 28-track mix features music from Migos, Drake, Young Thug, Moneybagg Yo and a few cuts from Shumpert himself.
“I chose to work with Iman because while many people know him for being Junie’s dad, Teyana Taylor’s husband or an NBA champion, I wanted to show his talents both as an artist and a music enthusiast,” Lala said.
Shumpert added, “The vibe of the tracks on the project really reflect how I feel throughout a normal day for me. I wanted to share that with you all.”
