Four female Hip Hop veterans have announced a collaborative concert and a new contest. The Lady Of Rage, Monie Love, Yo Yo and Smooth MC will perform in Los Angeles, California on December 22. The quartet, billed as “The Legends,” will be at The Rooftop, where the opening act will be Lil Mama.
Two of the four Legends hail from L.A., with Rage, a Virginia native, also strongly associated with Cali veterans Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.
On December 20 and 21, there will be auditions for “Next Female Emcee,” along with a panel and VIP meet-and-greet. More information can be found at HipHopSisters.Info.
