Kodak Black’s AC Unit Good Will Accused Of Being A Disturbance

Kodak Black donated 100 air conditioning units to families in the Golden Acres Projects in his hometown of Pompano Beach, Florida, back in July. What looked to be a charitable good deed, Kodak is now being criticized for the visit by the Pompano Beach Authority, according to TMZ.

Following his alleged pair of visits delivering the $12,000 worth of AC units, the Housing Authority filed a cease and desist against Kodak claiming he caused “disturbances” while shooting a music video on the property and blasting music loudly.

“Your actions have adversely impacted the Property’s residents’ right to peacefully enjoy the property,” the legal docs allegedly read.

The Sniper Gang leader’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, spoke up for Kodak Black and fired back at the Housing Authority.

He said it was “sad” and “shameful” and went on to call out the HA for attempting to stop the help of underprivileged residents during the brutal summer months of Florida heat and also in the midst of a pandemic.

Cohen said Kodak played some music at low volumes during his trip but did not disturb anyone or shoot any sort of music visual.

    1. lol shows how low people will go for $, he does some good for the neighborhood and they send legal docs to try to sue later on..

      1. I don’t care how much or how little they cost the point is he’s trying to help those most in need. I can’t believe the HA is blocking him from doing so. Now that should be the crime.

    2. The truth: Several kids are experiencing night terrors after seeing the ugliness that is called Kodak Black. Evidently, they now think Pennywise is real…
