The reporter for Local 10 confirmed that a police report had been filed against the rapper for his actions outside the jail as the rocks injured the camera operator.

Kodak Black (real name Bill Kapri) had been in jail since December after he was arrested for oxycodone possession, evidence tampering and being improperly parked.

The drug possession charge was dismissed after prosecutors could not determine whether Kodak had a prescription for oxycodone, as he had previously claimed.

The 26-year-old eventually pleaded guilty to a probation violation and was released on time served.

According to the police report, officers approached Kodak’s Bentley in December when they observed the vehicle parked on an active roadway. When they approached the car, they claimed they could smell alcohol and upon searching it found cannabis rolling paper, cannabis residue and white powder.

They also claimed that Kodak’s mouth was full of white powder.
