California emcee and 2001 contributor Knoc-turn’al is readying his third official album, Knoc’s Ville. Released on Hoopla Media Group/Treacherous Records, this album is tenatively set to feature Jayo Felony and Yukmouth. One artist, a fellow Treacherous signee, that is confirmed to appear on Knoc’s Ville is Crooked I.
Knoc and the Slaughterhouse emcee will collaborate for Knoc’s Ville first single, “I’ve Been Here For Years.” The song also features past Too Short and E-40 collaborator James Elizabeth. The trio are intending to shoot an upcoming video for the single, which welcomes the public to appear. The video will be shot in California, and those wishing to partake may contact Jonathan Hay at JonHay@Gmail.com.
“I’m glad everyone is excited for the project. I’m excited to get it out,” Knoc-turn’al said to HipHopDX in a statement. “I’m working hard to get it out by the end of year. Ideally, I’d love to have it out for Halloween because I think it really fits that theme but if not by then, by the end of 2010 for sure. I can’t let another year go by without me serving my fans that Knoc-turn’al music. That goes for my International fans as well. I’ve always kept it true to the west coast and Knoc’s Ville is no different.”
Executives from both imprints added that this will be Knoc’s proper follow-up to 2004’s major label release, The Way I Am, which boasted production from Dr. Dre, DJ Quik and Warren G. Treacherous also said that after Knoc’s Ville, the emcee will release an EP with DXnext alum/label-mate One-2.

where the FUCK is the real Crooked I album?
Treacherous Records, fuck your roster until that’s out. Isn’t One-2 one of your A&R’s any fucking way? No thanks.
What?? One-2 is a emcee signed to treacherous (and is the most talented mc signed to treacherous next to crooked, do your research on him and get familiar with his music to see for yourself.) Mickey is the A & R, not one-2
There’s only a selected lucky few to survive being binned by Dre that’s Rakim, Game, Busta, Rae & Ortiz… I gotta give a shout out to Bob D where the fuck is Crooked’s material thats what we all want!
