Following 2012’s R.A.P. Music, Atlanta, Georgia emcee Killer Mike (a/k/a Mike Bigga) and Brooklyn, New York emcee/producer El-P have already announced plans of a follow-up to the 2012 HipHopDX “Album Of The Year” runner-up. Under the group-name Run The Jewels, the pair will now include vocals from El (unlike R.A.P.). With a tour date announcement, it was revealed that the project, now scheduled for June, will be a free release through A-Trak’s Fool’s Gold Records.
Following the first album from Run The Jewels, the duo will perform at the following dates this summer:
