Killarmy is returning to action with their first LP since 2001’s Fear, Love & War. The Wu-Tang Clan affiliates have reassembled for a new album titled Full Metal Jackets, which is scheduled to drop on April 10.
“This album is the vaccine,” Killarmy’s 9th Prince tells HipHopDX. “Killarmy always shows up for duty when the people need us most, and this again is one of those times. We are on a mission to cure the globe and we are coming strapped with Full Metal Jackets.”
The group’s comeback project features 11 tracks. 9th handles the bulk of production with additional beats crafted by Beast and Cobra Sounds.

Fellow members of the Wu-Tang extended family such as Cappadonna, Killah Priest, La The Darkman, Timbo King, Prodigal Sunn and 60 Second Assassin are among the guests. Other notable contributors include Masta Ace, Planet Asia and Dead Prez’s stic.man.

It’s fucked up that 4th Disciple, the best producer out of Wu besides RZA, doesn’t have production on it. I think Dom Pachino is not on the album as well.

A real kill killarmy album needs no features. They were good enough alone on the first two albums. Those were classics

Man I love Killarmy’s first album. That was a special album. They put a lot of hard in it and it went perfectly with 4th Disciple’s dreary-eerie production. The 2nd and 3rd albums were ok. I just heard the new single. It’s comforting to know that Islord still has no clue where the beat is after all these years lol. Wtf is that flow man? It always sounds like a bad freestyle but you know he took mad long to write it. What’s 4th Disciple doing these years? I know he did the don’t sit on the speakers record with Priest but that was a few years ago now.
I think 4th is doing mostly mastering/mixing services nowadays. For some Killarmy album worthy beats check out One Man and 4th disciple unreleased project that was floating around net (Crime and Punishment in America).
