Kevin Gates has a long history of outlandish comments, but his latest message left fans more confused than ever.
Earlier this week, the Baton Rouge rap star took to Instagram to share a message with his fans, and even offered kind words to those who’ve wronged him in the past. But that’s not what caught fans’ attention — it was the intriguing message the I’m Him rapper had at the tail end of his rant that left people looking sideways.

“Let the record reflect. He or she that ever did me dirty, when I wasn’t nothing but genuine with you people, aye, I forgive you,” Gates began. “I didn’t understand it when I was going through it, but I thank you, ’cause y’all made me dig deep and provoked me to be something that I never thought I could be.”
Gates then revealed he was planning to step away for a while and let his executive assistant “handle things” while he presumably works on new music (and possibly a part two to his “Super General” freestyle).

Then things got weird, when the rapper added: “Aye, but do me two favors: find me two n-ggas. Find me that n-gga that said I told on him and find me that n-gga that could say he stuck his dick in me.”

The comments immediately struck a chord amongst fans, who wasted no time sharing their thoughts — including some on an Akademiks repost of the clip. While some used various memes to express their opinions, other folks called him out directly.
“I should’ve known he was finna say something crazy,” one person commented, while another pointed out: “The last part is a bit weird.”

“Well that took a turn… I was just abt to repost,” someone else wrote, while a fourth person proposed: “Why tf would anybody have to question dick in the booty?? It’s 5am”
However, there were quite a few fans who seemed to understand his message including Finesse2tymes, who commented: “Something u said the other day stood out to me. U said ‘when u leave people were they at they attack ya character.’ That’s the issue at hand big brother. U are one of the chosen ones.”

Love and Hip Hop alum Tommie also came to the rapper’s defense, simply calling Gates “HIM,” followed by a strong arm emoji.
This isn’t the first time Kevin Gates said something out of the ordinary. Earlier this year, the rapper confessed to drinking a woman’s urine.

Back in January, during a very bizarre interview with Fancy Talk Show, Gates was asked if he’d ever engaged in any Golden Showers during sex.
The “Thinking With My Dick” rapper adamantly spoke about how he enjoyed drinking women’s pee even when the connotation wasn’t sexual.
“I love for a woman to piss in my mouth,” Gates said. “I love for a woman to piss in my mouth that’s beautiful … I had a woman pee in a cup while I was driving and I drink it, right there. Because there was just nothing–I was so infatuated with this woman to where there was nothing about her that was nasty.”
Last June, the rapper also noted in his “Super General” freestyle that he wouldn’t hesitate to drink Beyoncé’s urine.
“Ain’t no disrespect to Jigga/ Met through Nipsey, that’s my n-gga/ Don’t know if they in the swingin’, Beyoncé need to let me hit her/ Make her piss all on this dick, respectfully, her body shiver,” he raps.

During an interview with Bootleg Kev around that time, Gates was asked how much flak he received for that line, to which he replied: “Ain’t nobody say nothing to me. To be honest — and this with all due respect — that’s one of the most beautiful women in the world. I sit in the trap with all the monsters; they same the same thing. All I did was say what everybody think.”
