Kendrick Lamar continues to oushine Drake on streaming services after emerging victorious in their recent feud.

On Tuesday (July 16), Kendrick’s total number of monthly listeners on Spotify soared to 74,115,665, eclipsing the 6 God’s 74,086,033.

It marks the first time ever that the Compton rapper has had more monthly listeners on the platform than his Canadian counterpart, who remains Spotify’s most-streamed artist with over 100 billion spins to his name.

It also represents a huge turnaround for Kendrick, whose monthly listeners sat below 55 million in March prior to the release of “Like That,” his blistering collaboration with Future and Metro Boomin that ignited his long-simmering beef with Drake.

At that time, Drizzy reigned supreme over K. Dot with well over 80 million monthly listeners.

Both Kendrick and Drake still have some catching up to do, though, as Eminem boasts over 84 million monthly listeners on Spotify, the most of any rapper.

Overall, the Detroit native has the eighth-most monthly listeners, with The Weeknd (105 million), Taylor Swift (97 million) and Billie Eilish (96 million) comprising the top three.

Kendrick Lamar has achieved enormous commercial success since the start of the feud and, to add insult to injury, has broken a number of records previously held by Drake in the process.

Earlier this week, his diss song “Not Like Us” leapfrogged Drizzy’s “God’s Plan” to become the fastest rap song to reach 500 million streams on Spotify.

The hit song also returned to the top of the Billboard Hot 100, nine weeks after debuting at No. 1 on the chart. It’s Kendrick’s first solo chart-topper to spent multiple weeks at the summit.

Additionally, “Not Like Us” nearly 400 million more streams than Drizzy’s “Push Ups,” which was the most commercially successful of the 6 God’s diss songs.

The success of “Not Like Us” and its accompanying music video have also had a positive impact on other businesses.

The visual prominently features Compton-based restaurant Tam’s Burgers, with Kendrick and producer Mustard being seen both inside and outside the burger spot.

Since the release of the video last week, the restaurant has reported that business is up 30 to 40 percent.

The owners have also offered K. Dot a lifetime’s supply of free meals as a token of their appreciation.
