Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown were expected to face off in court yesterday (March 9), but the court date has been postponed, according to E! News.
The new court date is set for March 29 when the model will be seeking a permanent restraining order against Breezy after getting a temporary one last month. The R&B star has reportedly not been served with the court papers yet, but Tran’s attorneys say they are “seeking to complete service.”
“Ms. Tran is looking to expeditiously close this matter and quite frankly be able to move on with her life and put this matter behind her as quickly as possible,” Karrueche’s legal team said in a statement.
Tran first filed for the protection from her ex-boyfriend with claims that he threatened her life and physically abused her.

Attempts to serve Chris Brown with a temporary restraining order have reportedly proven unsuccessful for his ex, Karrueche Tran, who now plans on taking her request to the next level.
TMZ reports that Tran will face Brown in court on Thursday (March 9) since he has evaded receiving the temporary restraining order three times.
With the former couple’s scheduled appearance in court this week, Tran is now seeking a permanent restraining order from the beleaguered “Party” singer. The punishment for breaking such a restraining order could be jail time for Brown.
It was previously reported that Tran filed a restraining order against Brown back in February of this year. Additional reports showed that Tran’s friend also filed a restraining order against the singer.
His ex is reportedly willing to take the stand during their appearance in front of a judge.
In sworn statements, the singer’s ex claimed that Brown “told a few people that he was going to kill” her and also “threatened to shoot” her. Tran also alleged that Brown was physically violent, claiming that he pushed her down a flight of stairs at one point.
Brown responded to the initial reports on Instagram, vaguely addressing “this bullshit” and telling his fans not to listen to “what the people on the other side doing.”
The claims against Brown come over eight years after his assault on Rihanna in 2009. He received five years probation for his attack on the singer.

I think it’s sad for any female to fabricate stories in order to look like a victim… Here is a young man working hard to be the best and getting credit where it’s due, and he meets MANY women throughout his career that may believe their more special than the other.
