After dropping over $7 million on a Beverly Hills mansion in March 2007, Kanye West is ready to sell it.
Just weeks after his mother, Dr. Donda West, passed away due to complications from cosmetic surgery, ‘Ye is selling the mansion for $8.69 million. The mansion is listed on Realtor.com as including six-bedrooms, four bathrooms, a detached garage and several fireplaces.
The plan for the 35,000 square foot property is to likely tear it down and redevelop it.
When he bought the house, Kanye West’s purchase was during the first time the house had been on the market in over 45 years, according to the LA Times. It was built in 1921.
Currently Kanye is on tour in the United Kingdom. He will tour through February (pending approval in Australia), and will visit Minnesota, Las Vegas, and Australia.
