His plans to erect a brand new city were first revealed in December 2023 through a website seeking job applicants for project managers, engineers, architects and contractors.

At 100,000 acres, plans call for the self-sufficient city to be roughly four times the size of Paris and more than half that of New York City.

The rap legend also hinted that he has grand plans for his new seven-acre estate, posting a bird’s eye view of the house on his Instagram Stories along with the scribbled caption “DROAM.”
